During the escrow period we represent your best interests with: loan officers, sellers, listing agents, escrow and title insurance officers, appraisers and inspectors. We promise that we will always be completely on your side.
We can represent you free of charge with all homes listed in the Regional MLS, new homes and spec's, land and lots, and the auctions of banks and government owned homes. We can also represent you in the purchase of many "For Sale by Owner" homes.
You will not be charged for our services, they are free to you. Our brokerage fees are collected from the seller's proceeds, and only when you get the keys to your home.
